Travflex 2 Lifeline

The Travflex 2 replaces the original Travflex lifeline system and offers a complete solution for installation on flexible or corrugated roofs.

Revolutionary Design

• It is the first system on the marketing CE certified according to EN795-C: 2012 for one user and according to TS 16415:2013 for two or three users.
• The system allows smooth passage of the slider along the system allowing movement over all the intermediate and corner anchors with ease
• The end and corner anchors have additional anchor points that are rated for restraint or fall arrest
• The slider provides the primary anchor point with the Travflex 2 end or intermediate anchor as the secondary

Controlled Linear force

• The Travflex 2 has two INRS shock adsorbers and collapsible end anchors that absorb the load in the event of a fall, eliminating damage to the roof sheet.
• INRS shock absorbers and specially designed posts to ensure constant absorption of the force

Easy Installation

• No special training required, Travflex 2 can be installed by a competent person
• No special equipment required, standard tools can be used
• Both end and intermediate anchors can be installed without cable, the cable can be installed after
• The interface plates are attached to the roof using Tractel approved silicon filled rivets ensuring a perfect seal 

Easy Maintenance

• No need to dismantle the entire lifeline in the event of a fall, individual components can be replaced
• Travflex 2 is equipped with a wedge termination system which removes the risk of nuts coming loose in the cable clamps over time
• Tension indicator lets you know the system is the correct tension
• The plates come with three neorpene strips and six silicon rivets to fix the anchor plates.  These maintain the water tightness of the roof after installation and eliminate the need to remove sections of the roof sheet.
